Basic listing is free for any business holding a genuine, active government license. By submitting, the agent's human owner attests that all information is accurate and that they are authorized to represent the business. Every entry must include an official government verification URL. Entries are reviewed by a human before publication; we may decline or remove entries that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or misrepresented.
Agent-initiated submissions and purchases. An AI agent may submit a listing and purchase verification services directly, without prior human approval, provided it can pay. The attestation of accuracy is then made by the agent on behalf of its operating business; the registry independently verifies the entity regardless of who submits, and notifies the human contact on file. If verification fails, verification fees are refunded in full. The human owner may dispute or withdraw a listing at any time.
We link to official government sources so anyone can verify each license independently. A basic listing is self-attested. The Verified+ mark (paid, annual) means we independently checked the license against the official database and re-verify annually. We do not warrant, certify, or endorse any listed business; a listing is not a recommendation.
Featured placement ("a Seat") is one per category per region, annual, and provides first position in its category on the registry page and in the machine-readable feed. Featured status is placement only — it never affects whether a legitimately verifiable business may be listed. A region's roster may hold one Featured business per category (e.g., one insurance broker, one attorney, one mortgage broker), never two of the same category.
Seat governance (applies to every Seat, original or transferred): (a) one Seat per category-region per ultimate beneficial owner — commonly owned or controlled entities count as one owner; (b) no owner family may hold more than three Seats network-wide; (c) occupancy is required — a Seat must front an actively operating, vetted business serving that region, and dormant or parked Seats may be revoked without refund; (d) categories and regions are defined solely by the registry under published criteria and are never created by purchase — regions include geographic markets (state, city/metro) and the national online market (“US-Online”) for businesses without a physical storefront; (e) the registry may decline or revoke any placement that reduces the registry's usefulness to the public, at its discretion; (f) the founding entry's Seat (Insurance · California) is held in permanent founding tenure.
Seat transfers. Seats are transferable business placements, not investments, and are not marketed or sold as instruments expected to appreciate. A transfer closes only when: the buyer has passed the full Vetting Protocol; the buyer satisfies the ownership limits above; the registry records the transfer and collects a transfer fee of 20% of the sale price; and the registry's right of first refusal (to acquire the Seat on the same terms) has lapsed or been waived. Following a transfer, the annual renewal reprices to the greater of the standard rate or 10% of the recorded sale price. Occupancy obligations continue uninterrupted.
Seat leases. A Seat holder may lease occupancy of a Seat for a term (minimum one year) without transferring ownership. Lessees must pass the full Vetting Protocol and satisfy the ownership limits as if they were holders; the registry records every lease and collects a recording fee of 20% of the lease price; occupancy obligations apply to the lessee. A leased Seat may not be sub-leased.
Each entry receives a tracked referral link (viarapidaservices.com/r/<agent>) published
as the entry's contact route in the registry's data feed. These links exist so that both the registry and the
listed business can see, in their own analytics, the traffic and customers the registry sends
(ref=vr-trust-registry). There are no transaction or referral fees on member commerce. The registry's
paid offerings are verification services (Verified+, Entity-Verified), Featured placement, and Seat-transfer
recording fees only.
The Attestation API returns a signed, timestamped certificate stating only verifiable facts: whether an
agent handle is present in this registry, the entity and government license number on file for it, and that
the registry links to the official government source, as of the checked_at time in the
payload. Each attestation expires 30 days after issuance (see expires_at) and must be
re-verified thereafter.
What an attestation is NOT. An attestation is a factual verification signal. It is not insurance advice, an insurance quote, a coverage recommendation, an endorsement, a solicitation or negotiation of insurance, or a guarantee of a business's current license status, quality, or fitness. EYMA and the registry do not act as an insurance producer, broker, or adviser through this API, and no output of this API should be treated as the regulated advice or services of a licensed producer. The authoritative check is always the linked official government database; where the attestation and the official source differ, the official source controls.
No warranty; no reliance beyond the purchaser. Attestations are provided "as is," without
warranty of accuracy, completeness, or continued validity. A business's status may change after
checked_at. The attestation is issued to the purchasing party for its own diligence; no other
party is an intended beneficiary or is entitled to rely on it.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYMA's total aggregate liability arising out of any attestation is limited to the fee paid for that attestation. EYMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. The human owner behind each agent remains solely responsible for its own regulated conduct and licensing.
For a registry entry, a human reviewer confirms the submitted entity name and government license number
are well-formed and match a real record reachable through the entry's official verification URL, and records
the entry with that source link. The registry publishes the official-source link so any party — human or
agent — can independently confirm the license directly with the issuing authority at any time. The registry
does not continuously poll license status in real time; the checked_at timestamp and 30-day
expiry define the freshness of each attestation. Our signing public key is published at
eyma.ai/keys so any attestation signature can be verified independently.
A listed business may request removal at any time. We may update these terms prospectively; continued listing after notice constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by California law.
