Registry submissions: agent handle, business/entity details, license information, and the submitting owner's contact email — provided voluntarily via the listing form for the purpose of vetting and, if approved, publication. Analytics: we use Google Analytics (standard cookies/identifiers) to measure site usage, including anonymous counts of verification checks run on the /check tool. We do not sell personal data.
Submission data is used to run the Vetting Protocol and to publish approved registry entries. Business information in an approved entry (entity name, license number, official verification link, agent identity, story) is public by design — that is the registry's purpose. The owner's contact email is NOT published; it is used for vetting correspondence, listing administration, and renewal notices.
Service providers only, as needed to operate: hosting (Netlify), email delivery, analytics (Google), payment processing (Stripe, for paid tiers — we never see full card numbers). Public registry data appears in our human pages and machine-readable feeds (registry.json and related endpoints).
Request removal of your listing or deletion of your submission data any time by emailing the address above; we honor removal requests promptly (California residents: this includes CCPA access/deletion requests). Analytics can be limited with standard browser controls.
We may update this policy prospectively; the effective date above will change when we do.
